Kurze Safari-Route

Tag 1. Frühmorgens fahren Sie zum Samburu-Nationalreservat, wo Sie am späten Nachmittag eine Pirschfahrt unternehmen werden.

Tag 2. Morgens und nachmittags Pirschfahrten im Samburu-Nationalreservat.

Tag 3. Fahrt zum Ol Pejeta Conservancy, wo Sie am Nachmittag Pirschfahrten unternehmen werden.

Day 4. Drive to Lake Nakuru where you will have after noon game drives

Tag 5. Fahrt in die Masai Mara, wo Sie am Nachmittag Pirschfahrten unternehmen werden.

ADVENTURE ITINERAR

DAY 1 NAIROBI TO SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

You will start your safari in Nairobi and take a scenic drive to Samburu National Park, passing through lush tea, coffee and sisal plantations. Don’t forget to stop and admire the majestic Mount Kenya with its snow-capped peaks!
When you arrive at Samburu National Reserve, get ready for an unforgettable experience. It is home to some of the most unique wildlife found anywhere on Earth! Plus, thanks to the Ewaso Nyiro River running nearby, you’ll find plenty of shady trees and water sources that attract these amazing animals.
You will be crossing into the Northern Hemisphere as you enter Samburu. This is sure to be a memorable moment too!

After lunch, you’ll set off on your afternoon game drives inside this pristine wonderland. When evening arrives, you’ll return back to the lodge for dinner and a good night’s rest.

TAG 2: SAMBURU NATIONALRESERVAT

After breakfast, you’ll be ready to explore all the wonders of Samburu National Reserve, a rugged and striking landscape fed by the gorgeous Ewaso Nyiro River. This special area north of the equator is home to some unique wildlife like oryx, gerenuk, Somali ostrich, Gravy’s zebra and reticulated giraffe. Make sure to bring out your inner nature photographer!
You will take a break for lunch and a little rest once the sun’s cooled off before heading back out again for more game drives. Once evening approaches, you’ll return to cozy up at your lodge with dinner and sweet dreams until the morning comes around again.

DAY 3: Ol PEJETA CONSERVANCY

Nach dem Frühstück verlassen Sie Samburu und fahren zum Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Unterwegs können Sie an der Äquatormarkierung anhalten. Sie werden rechtzeitig zum Mittagessen ankommen. Nach einer kurzen Pause gehen Sie am späten Nachmittag auf Pirschfahrt. Das Serena Sweetwaters Zeltcamp befindet sich in bester Lage im Ol Pejeta Schutzgebiet. Das Reservat ist einer der wenigen Orte, an denen Sie gegen Aufpreis Nachtpirschfahrten unternehmen können. Zu den weiteren optionalen Aktivitäten gehören Löwenbeobachtung, Kamelreiten, Busch-Lunch/Dinner usw. Der Kontakt mit den beiden einzigen verbliebenen Nördlichen Breitmaulnashörnern muss im Voraus vereinbart werden.

DAY 4: LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK

Depart Ol pejeta after breakfast and head to Lake Nakuru national park. On arrival at lake Nakuru national park, you will enter and have en route game drive as you head to you lodge located inside the park. Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After a short period of relaxation you continue with game drives in Lake Nakuru National Park. The park is famous for the flocks of the greater and lesser Flamingo that gather around the lake numbering around 2 million, which turns the lake pink. This has given the lake a nickname; the pink lake. The endangered rhino and Rothschild giraffe are found in the park. Other animals found in the park include African buffalos, zebras, impalas, olive baboons, vervet monkeys, waterbucks, hyenas, jackals, hippopotamus among many others.

TAG 5: MASAI MARA NATIONALRESERVAT

You will leave Lake Nakuru in the morning after early breakfast and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. You will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch and a brief rest, you will embark on your afternoon game drive feasting your eyes on the marvels that Masai Mara has to offer. All members of the big 5 are found in this reserve. Other animals seen here include cheetah, serval, hyena, bat-eared foxes, black-backed and side-striped jackals, hippo, crocodile, baboons, warthog, topi, eland among others. Different bird species are also found. They include eagles, vultures, ostriches, storks, little grebe, pelicans, cormorants & darter. In the evening you will retire to your lodge, have dinner and fall asleep to the sounds of the African bush.

DAY 6: MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE

After breakfast, you’ll leave the lodge carrying packed lunches and embark on a full-day game viewing in Africa’s finest park. A balloon safari can be arranged on this day early in the morning. You will drive to various places in the expansive Masai Mara National Reserve. In the late afternoon, you will have the option of visiting a Masai cultural village as you head back to the lodge in the evening.

DAY 7: NAIROBI

After breakfast you will depart the lodge and drive leisurely towards Nairobi. On arrival you will be taken to the famous carnivore for a complimentary lunch. You will later be dropped at your city hotel or the airport according to your departure timings.
